Flat tummy water is a natural drink which boosts our metabolism, improves the digestion and helps us lose the extra weight. There are many recipes for preparing this delicious drink and here we are going to give you the best ones.

Recipe 1:

Ingredients you will need:

  • 2 inches ginger root
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Preparation:

Chop the ginger and add it in a pot with water. Bring it to boil for 5 minutes and then covered it.  When it cools add the orange juice and the honey. Stir it well and drink the remedy. (1)

Recipe 2:

Ingredients you will need:

  • 1 cucumber
  • ½ cup of mint leaves
  • 1 lemon
  • 6 cups of water
  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger

Preparation:

Let the water boil and then add the ingredients. Leave the mixture to stay for 30 minutes and then strain it. Drink it twice a day before meals. (2)

Recipe 3:

Ingredients you will need:

  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 glass of warm water
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 apple
  • Few strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Preparation:

Mix the ingredients together and leave the mixture to overnight.

Use:

Consume the remedy every morning after waking up on an empty stomach. (3)

Remedy 4:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of grapefruit juice
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients together and drink it 30 minutes before meals.

Recipe 5:

  • 3 teaspoons turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons ground cardamom
  • 1 litter water
  • 2 teaspoons of honey

Preparation:

Let the water boil and then add the ingredients. Cover it and leave it to stay for 30 minutes. Then strain the mixture and drink it three times a day, after breakfast, lunch and dinner. (4)
